Nadia partners directly with early education programs to implement Nadia’s behavior support framework, build systems for data tracking and behavior support plans, strengthen teacher family communication, and develop sustainable, equitable practices where exclusion is the last resort and inclusive environments are the standard.
Nadia will provide step by step behavior strategies that help educators understand what behavior is communicating, recognize patterns and function, and choose the most effective response in the moment.
